1. The Infuser
In this movie, we'll be brewing tea using what's called an infuser.

2. The Tea
Make sure that you store it in an air-tight container prior to brewing. Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup.

3. The Water
When making tea, the hot water should always be freshly boiled just before being added.
