You place the Ulta-Mitt over your hand and for added massaging pleasure hold a vibrator in your hand before placing the mitt over your hand. Place some massage lotion on your sore muscles and use the Ulta-Mitt to massage those aches and pains away. The Ulta-Mitt is made out of a gel like material that isn�t sticky to the touch and feels so soft against your body. There are also small gel-like �stimulators� all over the mitt that helps to massage your body.

I have to say the Ulta-Mitt feels SO good to relax and massage your body. I would recommend using some kind of lotion while using this product because the lotion really adds to the gentle feel of the mitt. I�ve tried using the mitt with oils and oils DO NOT WORK. I really suggest that you only use massage lotions cause anything else tends to get sticky quickly, whereas the lotions just work into your skin leaving your skin feeling soft and smelling great. Also, I�ve tried using the mitt with a vibrator and without. The vibrator really enhances the ability to massage your muscles but if you have a creative partner who can use his/her hands to massage through the mitt, you really don�t need the vibrator after all. The only drawback is that when you first get it, the mitt SMELLS strongly of plastic but wash it with some soap and water and you are good to go.
