Lee was not only the first girl that I photographed in the nude in colour, she was definitely NOT the sort of girl that you would
normally find taking her bra and knickers off in a glamour studio.
The studio was the Kentmere on The Park in Nottingham which is a rather exclusive private estate close to the city centre and as well as being residential, it is the area where many of the city's architects, lawyers and accountants have their offices. It was definitely not the sort of area where you would normally find a glamour studio. Over the years, I know that a lot of the girls who I photographed had gone into glamour modelling for more than just the money. The enjoyment of flaunting their bodies in front of a camera was equally, if not more important than the cash they earned. |

Money was certainly NOT Lee's motivation for taking her bra and knickers off ... It was obvious right from the start that
she was a well educated and very upper class kind of girl and when she mentioned the name of the tiny Derbyshire village where she lived,
things clicked into place. I guess that if she had known that in my teens I had lived in a village only a few miles away
and I knew the area well, she might not have pin-pointed the location of her home quite so precisely.
Basically, the village where she lived consisted of a large manor house, a small chapel, a pub and a few tied cottages for the estate workers, so it was easy to figure out that Lee (which was not her real name of course) was one of the Lord of the Manor's several daughters ... but I never did decide which one of the girls Lee was ... But the girls had been educated in exclusive private schools and they had all been Debutantes. They were the sort of girls you would find at all the "county set" events like the annual Meynell Hunt Ball and even in the Royal Enclosure on Ladies' Day at Ascot. So finding Lee taking her bra and knickers off in a rather downmarket glamour studio, it was very tempting to ask her "What's a nice girl like you, doing in a place like this ? " |

I am sure that the answer would have been that it was because she was an exhibitionist who loved to show off her tits and her cunt,
specially her cunt, although I guess being the sort of girl she was, she would have used a different word to describe her vagina.
But whatever she called it, she definitely enjoyed showing it !!!
Several times during the shoot she reminded me that pictures of girls showing their genitals were classed as obscene (which at the time they were) and that she wouldn't like me to be caught and possibly prosecuted for being in possession of any photos of her revealing what she had got between her legs. But between shots, she seemed to have no inhibitions at all about me looking at her cunt. It was only when I began to set up the next pose that she became more discreet and closed her legs, or used her hand to hide her femininity. But in spite of what Lee had said about pictures of girls showing their vaginas, I am sure that she wanted me to photograph hers just as much as I wanted photograph it, because once or twice, specially towards the end of the shoot, just as I was about to press the shutter button, Lee either moved her hand or opened her legs so that very little was left to the imagination, including as can be seen in the last picture, the fact that she was wearing a tampon ... |

At the time, I assumed that Lee was having a period, but having since discovered how very wet some girls can get when they're
posing nude, I wonder now if it wasn't that "time of the month" but that modelling got Lee so wet that
the tampon was to stop her leaking ...
Lee told me that she had posed for Harrison Marks, but I don't know if her pictures were ever published in Kamera or if she was featured in any of his other girlie books or films. She is not listed in the database of models on the Harrison Marks website, but she could have posed for him under a differernt name and looking a lot different to what she does in my photographs. I am sure that the heavy make-up and the blonde wig were to ensure that she wouldn't be recognised. It shouldn't be too difficult to image the sort of lurid headline that might have resulted if the gutter press had got hold of the story ... "Dirty Debutante Flaunts Fanny for Porn Pics" Any revelations about Lee's activities could have been disasterous for her socially, specially if her family did not know about her secret life ... |

The images on Lee's webpage have been scanned from 2¼" square (6cm x 6cm) transparancies using a 35mm size scanner.
Where an image has required two scans, these have been posted side by side and framed by two thin lines the same as this note. |
