I photographed Cindy in September 1971 when she was one of the girls at the Deansgate Studio which was located at
72 Market Street in Manchester.
Cindy seemed to be one of the "old school" kind of models who was a lot more comfortable doing classical style nude poses than glamour type poses. But I started the shoot by photographing her taking off the ultra short mini-dress and the underwear that she was wearing when she arrived at the studio. As you can see in the first pic, Cindy was actually wearing two pairs of knickers, a light blue pair underneath her tights, and a white pair on the top. The white panties, which were very see-through, proved to be very useful later in the shoot. |

I think Cindy's preference for doing nude, rather than glamour modelling, was shown by the lack of clothes and underwear that she
had brought along to the shoot because I photographed her in everything she had got with her. Her clothes consisted of an almost
identical black mini-dress to the one she had worn to the studio, a pair of hot pants (which were at the height of fashion at the time),
and a skimpy knitted top. In addition to the black tights she was wearing at the start, she had a pair of tan tights, but
both had got holes or ladders in them. But Cindy did have a decent pair of seamed black stockings and a blue suspender belt
which feature on her Suspenders & Stockings page plus the white suspender belt that I
had acquired from an ex-girlfriend.
But the only bra and knickers that Cindy had got were the ones that she was wearing when she arrived at the studio. |

Although Cindy's bra had see-through cups (which would have been a lot more revealing if her nipples had been
darker), I am sure that she was wearing it for comfort, not to thrill. It looked like it was one of her favourite bras which
she had worn many times before.
I wish now that I had taken more pics of the blue panties that Cindy was wearing underneath her tights because I have never seen another pair like them before or since. Although at the first glance the dark spots might look like a pattern printed onto the fabric, they are actually holes which I guess are at least ¼" in diameter. But I did get some pics of Cindy in her see-through white panties which not having a cotton lining in them, were see-through in the right place. |

During the shoot Cindy had become less and less inhibited about me seeing between her legs and although she didn't reveal very much
whilst she was actually posing, in between shots she had given me some tantalizing glimpses of her vulva, which hardly had a hair on it compared to the luxuriant
bush of auburn pubic hair on her mons veneris.
But when I asked her to pose for me with her legs open, she refused, which did not really surprise me because pics of girls showing their cunts were, in theory at least, still taboo. Not even a generous tip would persuade her, but she did agree to the let me take a couple of photos of her in her white knickers with her legs open. This is the reason for her briefly wearing panties mid way through the second Suspenders & Stockings set. |
| The images on Cindy's webpages have been scanned from 2¼" square (6cm x 6cm) transparancies using a 35mm size scanner. Where an image has required two scans, these have been posted side by side and framed by two thin lines the same as this note. |
